This shot was taken when I was having a guided bus tour in Bath, Uk. The bus on the move when we crossed this so I had to take it with fast shutter speed.
This was a sunday morning in Marti Mandir. The sky and the golden globe was in a pleasing contrast when I took this photo with a polarizing filter to darken the hue of the sky. Those who are not familiar with Auroville and the concept , can log on to - http://www.auroville.org/thecity/matrimandir/mm_main.htm
The colours and the position of the three ladies was a very pleasing composition. I clicked this photo when I was passing by in a Kaderland, Lake, pondicherry.
This white tiger was lying in a corner in the Bannergatta sanctuary and when we approached with the van it roared at us initially but later was quiet and busy in his world!
This shot was taken in the morning when the dew is friendly with the leaf. Little does the leaf know that the dew will betray him in some time and turn towards the sun. But then eventually the dew returns the next morning!
This is not a photoshop retouched picture,But an experiment with shutter speed, focus and zoom! This radial blur effect was just an experiment which I tried. I was doing a follow focus and zooming in at the same time and in the span of time when the shutter was open. (1/30)
I was lying down and relaxing near the foot of a casurina tree and just playing around with the focus of my camera when I took this shot. I have also used the polarizing filter to give a darker blue tinge.
I have done my schooling & graduation from Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Educational (S.A.I.C.E) Pondicherry, India.
From the age of 16 I was interested in Photography.
The Free Progress system in our Institution S.A.I.C.E, where we could choose our teacher, our subject, and our own time to study, encouraged me to follow my passion and dream of capturing beauty in a frame.
I am very grateful to all my teachers for their support & encouragement. I am today what I am thanks to The Mother's concept of The Free Progress Education in S.A.I.C.E and my parents support throughout my life which gave me the strength for daring to do things differently in my unique way and think out of the box.
My creative work here in this blog is a part of that dream...
